1. Math Tutor (Primary & Secondary) – Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Location

Tampines or Bedok (assigned based on centre needs)

Working Hours

Full-Time: Depend on classes assigned. Off: Sun, Mon, and Public Holidays

Part-Time: Minimum commitment of 2 hours per week

Positions Available

• Primary Math Tutor
• Secondary Math Tutor
• Secondary Additional Math Tutor

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and structured Math lessons
• Plan and refine lesson materials and worksheets
• Contribute to curriculum improvements and resources
• Motivate students and help them achieve academic breakthroughs
• Support colleagues by covering classes when needed
• Support the Centre Manager with tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Applicants must already have valid, independent authorisation to work in Singapore. We are unable to provide or support any work pass sponsorship.
• Excellent academic results in PSLE / O-Level / A-Level Math
• Must have completed Singapore’s national examinations and be familiar with the local syllabus
• Current/ex-MOE teachers and experienced tutors preferred
• Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
• Responsible, energetic, and able to connect well with students

2. Admin Executive – Full-Time / Part-Time

Working Hours

Full-Time
Tue to Fri: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Sat: 9:30am – 6:00pm
Off: Sun, Mon, and Public Holidays

Part-Time: Minimum 1 to 2 days per week

What You Will Do

• Front-desk duties: answering enquiries, attending to parents and students
• Handle registration, billing, payments, and scheduling
• Support teachers with class logistics
• Maintain centre cleanliness, stock, and materials
• Support the Centre Manager with tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Candidates with experience in tuition, enrichment, education centres, or student-facing administrative roles will be given priority
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented
• Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with parents and students
• Familiar with the Singapore education system (Primary & Secondary), as you will assist with enquiries on class placement and academic progression
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment
• Able to follow SOPs and work independently
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
• Prior customer service experience is a strong advantage
